This is one of those concerns people carry quietly for a long time before saying anything. We get that. Our nurses handle every conversation about intimate pigmentation with complete privacy, no judgement, and genuine clinical care.
Dermamelan Intimate is a targeted pigmentation treatment from Mesoestetic, developed specifically for delicate skin areas, including the bikini line, inner thighs, underarms, and perianal area. It works on the underlying causes of excess pigment, combined with a structured home care protocol over several months.
Suitable for pigmentation related to shaving, waxing, friction, hormonal changes, or marks left after irritation. All consultations are handled privately.

Professional chemical peels using targeted acid formulations to support controlled skin renewal. Each peel is selected by a Registered Nurse based on your skin condition and goals, addressing pigmentation, sun damage, post-blemish marks, uneven texture, and early signs of ageing. Used by clinicians across more than 90 countries. Sessions take approximately 30 to 45 minutes with minimal downtime.

CRYOPEN CRYOTHERAPY
Targeted treatment for benign skin lesions
CryoPen uses a fine, targeted jet of nitrous oxide to freeze and remove unwanted skin lesions quickly and precisely. Each lesion takes just a few minutes. Most clients return to normal activities immediately and most lesions resolve in a single session.
Suitable for selected benign skin lesions. All lesions are reviewed at consultation. Any lesion that is atypical, suspicious, or outside our scope is referred to a doctor before any treatment. Minimum appointment fee covers up to 5 lesions. Larger or complex cases are assessed and quoted at consultation before any treatment proceeds.
We reserve the right to request a doctor’s referral prior to treating certain lesions. Scarring risk is discussed at consultation.

That is exactly what a consultation is for. You do not need to know which treatment you want before you come in. We start by understanding your concerns, skin history, and goals, then recommend the treatments most likely to actually help. Nothing is pushed and nothing is booked until you are comfortable with the plan.
It depends on the treatment. Hydro Facial and facials have no real downtime. Microneedling and Plasma Facial may cause redness and mild swelling for 24 to 48 hours. Cryotherapy treated areas typically scab over and heal across one to two weeks. Dermamelan involves peeling and sensitivity for one to two weeks. Your nurse will walk you through what to expect at your consultation so there are no surprises.
Most treatments are well tolerated. Facials and Hydro Facial are comfortable throughout. Microneedling and Plasma Facial can cause some discomfort, though numbing cream is available. Cryotherapy involves a brief cold or stinging sensation lasting a few seconds per lesion. We check in with you during treatment and adjust accordingly.
For stubborn pigmentation, Dermamelan is a strong option, especially when other approaches have not given you the result you wanted. For more moderate pigmentation and sun damage, Mesoestetic dermal peels or microneedling may be more appropriate. The right treatment depends on your skin type, tone, and the extent of your pigmentation. A consultation determines the right approach for your specific situation.
Microneedling, often combined with EXO-Skin, is a well-established approach for scarring left after blemishes. The treatment helps improve texture and reduce the appearance of scars over a course of sessions. Outcomes depend on the depth and type of scarring. A clinical assessment at consultation determines the right approach for your skin.
It depends on the treatment and your skin type. Your nurse will assess your Fitzpatrick skin type at consultation and recommend treatments that are appropriate for your skin. Most of our services, including Hydro Facial, microneedling, Plasma Facial, Dermamelan, and Mesoestetic peels, can be delivered across a range of skin tones with protocol adjustments. Some treatments may be modified, staged differently, or not recommended depending on your skin type and history. We will discuss all of this with you before any treatment.
Several of our skin treatments are not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. This includes chemical peels, Dermamelan, microneedling combined with active serums, and most injectable services. Some gentler treatments such as a basic facial or LED therapy may still be suitable. Please let your nurse know at booking and at consultation so we can plan something safe for you and your baby
A Hydro Facial uses a vortex-based device to simultaneously exfoliate and deliver active serums into cleansed pores, achieving a deeper cleanse and more targeted hydration with no downtime. Clinical facials use professional formulations and techniques tailored to a specific concern such as barrier repair, blemish control, or brightening. Both are useful depending on what your skin needs
